Announcing the NJLA College and University Section Technology Innovation Award

The NJLA College and University Section Technology Innovation Award honors a librarian or group of librarians for innovative use and application of technology in a New Jersey academic library. The award may be given either in recognition of a specific project, or for ongoing delivery of innovative technology applications. The purpose of the award is to recognize distinguished leadership in developing new technologies for academic libraries. Please follow the posted guidelines in completing your nomination. Deadline for nomination is February 1, 2008.

Technology Innovation Award nominees will demonstrate their projects and answer questions on March 14th at the Scholarly Communications Center, Rutgers University Libraries from 9AM to 2PM.

Winner(s) of the NJLA CUS Technology Innovation Award will give a presentation on their project(s) at the 2008 NJLA Annual Conference on April 30th at the Ocean Place Conference Center in Long Branch, NJ.
