Using Social Media and Other Web Tools to Promote Reference Services

This session will explore how libraries are utilizing social media tools, Open Source software, and mobile devices to offer new services and interact with library patrons. Topics covered include iPad apps, Foursquare, LibX, and more. Speaker: Denise O’Shea, Fairleigh Dickinson University.
